    Description of Program

This exciting program is modeled after the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's course that received the "Best in the Area of Programming" award from the Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA) in 1997. It is designed to help you negotiate and draft marital settlement agreements, including agreements relating to parenting and property issues. The materials will include sample agreements and suggested language for a number of "drafting dilemmas."

After a brief overview on each topic area, you will be assigned to a small group workshop of your peers based on your level of experience. You will spend time working through hypothetical problems. Experienced faculty members will serve as discussion facilitators.

The value of the program will come from the insights, experience, legal knowledge, and problem-solving skills the faculty and participants share with each other.
