In response to the growing demand for professional mediators, UW CLE offers this comprehensive 24-hour, three-day "hands-on" training.

This training has been approved by the Association for Conflict Resolution/Academy of Family Mediators to partially meet the core training requirements for membership when taken in conjunction with a 30-hour basic mediation training. It is approved by the Association for Conflict Resolution/Academy of Family Mediators for 24 hours of Continuing Education Credit.

Through a combination of role play, lecture, simulation, discussion and videotapes of mediations, this workshop takes participants through the process of family mediation from the pre-mediation screening sessions to the completed memorandum of agreement.
